Magnus (16) is a determined and focused boy who knows what he wants in life. Spree Magazine met him to talk about his life and challenges so far, his interests in life and goals for the future.

- I like to ride motorcross bikes

The speed is fast and the energy level high when Magnus balances in the slopes with his 250cc motorcross bike with 50 horsepower. Here Magnus really gets his best adrenaline kicks. Slightly more intense than most things he also like to do in life, even though Xbox and other games can give a rush too.

Magnus still has a diversified interest in fields that range from music, Internet, architecture & interior design to watching films. He is particularly fond of movies, and has a very large home cinema system that lifts every film he views to more realistic heights.

- I like to meet new friends my own age

If Magnus is at home, he also likes to keep in touch with both existing and new friends on the Internet. Should there be extra time available Magnus also enjoys playing video games or solve daily practical challenges.

- I have always had an interest for practical stuff

If something must be fixed in the home, whether it is setting up tv channels or other small practical challenges, Magnus has always been the boy who fixes the problem. This has made him a person with a talent for technical tasks, which is now cultivated in part by maintaining and repearing motorcross bikes.

Most important of all is that this talent now also has led to a specific career direction.

- My goal is to educate myself as a machine technician

Magnus has just started high school, but already enjoys the time there. Much better than secondary school, which at times was very difficult for Magnus because of bullying. After a long process of handling the problems, he has now gotten through the most difficult times and can focus on the future.

- Working with maintenance of machinery in a larger factory is something I now see as a specific future plan

Because of his practical talents, Magnus now has a specific idea of what he wants to work with. These future plans also do not need to be so far away from realization, as the internship period starts already in high school.

Magnus is looking forward to start working, earning money and becoming independent. In addition to planning the future Magnus has lots of things to do in his spare time, while he also already decided what he wants to do in the future.
